AMIRI offers a refined return process for items in original condition, including all tags and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that all footwear is returned with the original branded box and dust bags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all security tags are intact and the original invoice is included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through the portal or drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point.
